Production time varies according to the design. As all of our offerings are custom made to order, our catalogue pieces typically take 4–6 weeks to complete, while custom-designed fixtures may require 6–8 weeks for delivery.
Currently, we ship only within the United States and Canada. In the coming months we plan on expanding our reach! All of our products are thoroughly tested according to electric requirements. We want to make sure that when we enter new markets that our quality will hold. For us, unfortunately that means holding off until we’re 100% that our clients will be satisfied with the longevity.

We can't guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled if the request is made more than 14 days after the purchase, as most of our chandeliers are made to order.
Yes, you can return an order as long as you send it back to us within 14 days of when you got it and it meets our return requirements. You can return regular Studio items as long as they are undamaged and in their original packing. To get an RMA number, please contact your inside sales rep. We also won't take back custom items, anything that was specifically ordered, or orders of five or more of the same item. Here is our return policy.
