At Luvera Lighting, we guarantee that our premium, custom-made lighting fixtures will exceed your expectations. However, due to the custom-made nature of many of our pieces, our refund policy will vary depending on the level of customization you have selected.

If you return standard models to our stock, we may offer partial refunds upon inspection.

If the design is completely customized (i.e., made-to-measure chandeliers or custom finishes), then it's often limited or non-refundable, as these pieces are created just for you and your space.

In all cases, any refund amount will be calculated individually at the time of production depending on the production stage, resale potential, and materials used. We are strictly committed to ethical business practices and will inform you clearly of the refund percentage prior to action.

All of our glass components are individually wrapped in the packaging provided (including fragile items like shards of glass), and where applicable, we also offer 2 or 3 extra pieces of glass to mitigate a possible breakage.

If you receive your order with any broken or damaged glass, you can rest assured that we’ll replace the damaged glass at no additional cost to you. All of our custom chandeliers and luxury lighting fixtures come with a full one-year limited warranty so that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

This warranty guarantees that the custom chandelier purchased from us is free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the original date of purchase. It is only valid for the original purchaser and applies only to residential usage (commercial use is excluded).

What's Covered?

• Defects in materials (e.g., glass, metal parts, LED modules)

• Workmanship issues affecting functionality or durability.

• Electrical/lighting failure not caused by misuse or outside causes.

What We'll Do

• Repair the defective product.

• Replace it with the same or a similar item.

• Refund the purchase amount.

What's Not Covered?

• Damage that results from improper installation or modifications is not covered.

• Normal wear and tear or aging of materials.

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, power surges, or exposure to extreme conditions.

• Fixtures used in commercial or non-residential settings.
