Information you give us
When you submit a consultation or product enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or studio, project type, timeline, and the description of your project. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and manage your project with us. If the atelier opens an order for you, your order details, production updates, and delivery information are associated with your email address so you can view them in the client portal.
Client portal accounts
When you register for the client portal, we store your name, email address, a securely derived password verifier, and a private session identifier. We use these only to authenticate your account and show orders and project updates associated with your email address. We never store your password in readable form.
Information collected automatically
With your consent where required, we use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies or similar technologies:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools — to measure advertising and improve its relevance. When you submit an enquiry, we may also send Meta a secure, hashed form of your email address for conversion measurement.
